Membership is only $20 per year, which means the program pays for itself if you spend $200 or more with us during your annual membership period. It is activated on the day you enroll and expires the same day the following year (Example: opened 9/1/24, expires 9/1/25.) Membership applies to to purchases in our locations in Saratoga Springs, NY and Manchester Center, VT and on our website www.northshire.com

Who can use my Member Rewards account?
A: Each membership is considered a household account, so if the customer lives under your roof, they can purchase books using your membership!

What if I don’t live in the area?
A: You can still support us by shopping at www.northshire.com, simply mention your Membership in the notes field.

Can I combine my Rewards Membership with a senior, veterans or teacher discount?
A: These are separate programs and cannot be combined.

I am already a member and I know my membership is up for renewal, can I renew it online?
A: You can renew online by clicking the following link https://www.northshire.com/member-rewards If you are not sure if your membership is up for renewal, please call us at 800 437 3700 or email us at inquiry@northshire.com.

Do Member Rewards credits expire?
A: Yes. Member Rewards credits are valid for five years from the date they are issued.

We may, in our discretion, change these Terms or any aspect of Program membership at any time without notice. If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. Your continued membership after we change these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your membership.
