"We live in such a fast paced world filled with so many distractions and the never-ending pressure to push ourselves beyond our limits. It is easy to forget why we are here, let alone find the time to take care of ourselves along the way. In this workshop I'll share with you some of my favorite nourishing superfoods to keep my immune system up and my stress levels down. We will also be sampling one of my favorite recipes from my book which features many superfoods to enjoy throughout the year. The recipe is one of my favorite nourishing superfood elixirs to support you through the depths of winter and into the spring."
This event is FREE + open to the public.

Recognizing that everyone has their own path to explore, her goal is simply to share her experiences and knowledge by creating delicious, approachable cuisine with the understanding that no two beings are alike.
