The Witch in the Well is the creepy yet mesmerizing novel of your dreams. Its haunting atmosphere will pull you in from page one while its breathtaking imagery will remind you of stories like the Ring and The Haunting of Bly Manor. Told through written accounts, you are met with multiple unreliable narrators, forcing you to question their every word. It is absolutely riveting and unputdownable. ~ Reviewed by Cassidy Washburn

Can't or won't go anywhere yet but yearn to travel, this is a great armchair travel/history through France via bicycle. In beautifully written sketches, Robb explores his love of the French and quirky twists of history. For example, did you know Caesar's great difficulty of conquering Gaul was not only the ferocious warriors but also the ferocious hedgerows? This book is not only entertaining but insightful. ~ Reviewed by Maeve Noonan

This might seem like a quick read but take your time. Read all the goodness! Starting with the people and places that inspired the poem (or should say, the smiles that inspired the poet), we then have an artistic version of the poem, followed by a more traditional format of it. With a personal touch to the state the author now calls home, Vermont, and the bookstore where you are reading this review, this is a delightful gift and personal library addition. ~ Reviewed by Jeanette

“Carry yourself with the confidence of a mediocre white man,” will be my motto forever.
This brainy rom-com was adorable, fun, and technically a REYLO FANFICTION?! (Star Wars, to those who don’t understand my excitement). Olive is a cute nerdy narrator, and I loved seeing her confidence grow throughout the novel regarding her brains, her research, and her feelings for Adam–which turn and blossom during their fake-dating journey. Adam, meanwhile, is a god. Literally. Olive is so blind, and so lucky. Ugh.

New York Times "Self-Help book of the year!" Lynda Barry is a beautiful genius and has guided so many of the best young cartoonists of our time.
