Wolfgang Schneider is chair holder of the UNESCO Chair in Cultural Policy for the Arts in Development and professor for cultural policy at the University of Hildesheim, Germany. Lebogang L. Nawa is a former postdoctoral researcher at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and now director of the privately owned Segarona Culture Institute, South Africa.
