About the Author


Bożena Muszkalska works as a professor of ethnomusicology at the University of Wroclaw and at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She is the author of many publications concerning the musical cultures of Polish diasporas, polyphonic singing in the Mediterranean Basin, Jewish music and methodological issues.
