One of the creepiest books I have ever read. The twist on the children's game Hide and Go Seek is genius. I read it in a day and I loved being able to see the different perspectives of each character. Follow each contestant as they compete for $50,000...or so they think. This book reads perfectly as a YA novel. It’s not too intense, not too inappropriate (in ANY sense of the word).. It’s perfect for young readers. I always recommended it to young adults who are looking to dabble with adult horror. The only reason (in my opinion) why it’s categorized as adult horror is because the characters ARE adults.
