This is a painful, poignant recollection of the past 20 years of the author’s life. There is so much within the story of a brother facing the deteriorating mental health of his sibling that resonates, breaks one’s heart, and challenges us to pay attention, stand back, and do the right thing, even when it is the most difficult path.
