We chose to use a Dark Robust because it is has the darkest richest maple flavor. The habaneros are grown at Honey Garden Farm in Norwich, VT. This product is great on roasted brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, breakfast sandwiches, french toast and of course...chicken n' waffles!
