In 1990 the churchwomen of the Burlington church published this sequel to their popular Out of Vermont Kitchens. Again, regional recipes are featured, although they are slightly more sophisticated than those in the original. They include Lamb and Ratatouille Casserole, Sole with Pine Nuts, Couscous Salad and Almond Baked Apples,
