This founding member of The Boys Of The Lough has released a most enjoyable CD. His flute and whistle playing is sublime but it is the songs he sings that will make you smile. He teams up with some very illustrious players and singers here, including Richard and Linda Thompson, Susan McKeown, Winifred Horan and Colm Murphy and each track is more interesting and delightful than the last. My favorite is the great pub song "There's The Day". Spirited and beautifully produced and performed.
