Peerless Howard Hawks comedy. Miss Lombard plays the ex-wife of a hammy matinee idol (Barrymore). He is trying to persuade her to appear in his next movie, which he hopes will revive his declining career. It all takes place on the New York Central's famous passenger train, the Twentieth Century Limited. My Man Godfrey, The Awful Truth, Bringing Up Baby and this film are the best screwball comedies ever made.
