Psycho

Alfred Hitchcock's brilliant and terrifying story of murder and madness in a run-down motel is my all-time favorite film!. Presented in a widescreen format, the DVD features many extras, including fascinating interviews with Janet Leigh and screenwriter Joseph Stefano. Psycho was shot in black and white by many of the same crew who worked on Hitchcock's popular television show. The shower scene may be the most famous 45 seconds in film history. Anthony Perkins was forever after identified with the role of Norman Bates, for better or worse. Three vastly inferior sequels followed.
