Scamper and owner/rider Charmayne James won the World Barrel Racing Championships an unprecedented 10 times and were the National Finals Rodeo Champions six times. Scamper, born Gills Bay Boy in 1977, was the AQHA Horse of the Year five times and is a winner of the AQHA Silver Spur Award.
