Slipknot is Slipknot's debut album. This is not an album for the faint of heart. The style is fast and the sound is brutal and the sum of the album is magnificent. My second favorite Slipknot album, the first being Iowa . This album is fast paced and combines hip-hop with shock rock and a hit of thrash. The themes shown in the album include self-loathing, isolation, and confusion. My personal favorite song on the album is Spit it Out.
