Getting a Book Signed

Can't make it to an event but want a book signed by the author? No problem! Just place a pre-order for the book(s) and we'll get them taken care of. Once the book has been signed we'll ship it to you or hold it here in the store, whatever you prefer. Placing a pre-order for a signed book is easy. Simply follow these steps:

1) Look through our catalog to find the book(s) you want signed. You can search or browse through the inventory, or even check our online event schedule for information about the feature book for an event.

2) Place the book(s) in your shopping basket by clicking on the "Add to Basket" button. You can order multiple quantities and different books to be signed, but please note that books must be pre-paid before events and some events may have restrictions on the number of books that can be signed or personalized. This information, if pertinent to the event, is posted on the event schedule.

3) Follow the steps of the shopping basket. On Step 4 of the shopping basket (Special Instructions) fill out the necessary fields, and be sure to include important details in the "Other Special Instructions" box at the bottom of the page. These may include:

• Whether the books should be signed (the author's signature) or personalized (a personal message and the author's signature).
• Which books should be signed/personalized in which manner.

• Any other special instructions.

4) Complete your order and be sure to print out your confirmation page for details. Once the event has occured, the books will be shipped out or ready for pick-up, depending on what you have chosen to do.
