Martin Limon's best mystery yet. Set in Korea in the 1970's this series is well written and Limon's characters, US military sergeants Sueno and Bascom, in addition to solving their cases are lively and fun. Set in Norway this well written exciting crime drama features Nina Borg, a 'goodie two shoes' Red Cross nurse. Borg is asked by a dubious friend to pick up a suitcase from a public locker for her. Of course Borg can't help but open the suitcase. Inside she finds an alive but drugged naked three year old boy. Her friend is then found brutally murdered. I couldn't put down the book, it's that good.

An entertaining Lydia Chin and Bill Smith detective novel set in New York's Chinatown. Lydia Chin is hired by a mysterious client to look into rumors of new works by a modern Chinese artist, Ghost Hero Chau, who died years ago. Another private detective is also investigating the rumor and things and people are not what or who they seem. Well written and fun read.
