I couldn't turn the pages fast enough! This disturbing and eloquent story of human failure in the post WWII South addresses questions which never go away, told from the various points of view of the main characters. Powerful and masterfully written.

Books and music feed my soul. I tend to be an eclectic reader and my choices include both fiction and non-fiction across many styles. My favorite music runs to Folk, Celtic and Early Music. Books in the Gardening section are my responsibility and I dream of creating the kinds of beautiful spaces I can only read about. If you are interested in EVERYTHING, as I am and are not too worried about focus, you may enjoy checking out my selections.
