In this tale we are introduced to Hermux Tantamoq, meek, mild, mouse watchmaker, that is until Linka Perflinger bursts into his shop to have a watch repaired. Inspired by a photograph that hangs in the Bennigton museum, Winthrop brings "Grace" to life in this lovely book about a young girl working in a textile mill in North Pownal, Vermont. Don't be fooled by the title - this is not a "princess book."
